◉ Due to RL constraints, Eli will be stepping down as a moderator! As such, we’re looking to take on more head mods. Applications can be found here.
◉ Because of the above and some ongoing medical issues with Cass, we may take more than a few days to get back on e-mails. We ask that you please be patient with us on waiting for responses! We will do our best to answer e-mails back as quickly as we can, but again, it may take a few days.
◉ We’ll be having a State of the Game/General Discussion post on the 20th! Please look forward to it.
◉ We have our Test Drive up! Feel free to check it out and test drive someone you've thought about apping!
◉ Team and Cat applications are OPEN!
◉ People claiming events on the calendar: while we don't mind if you want to organize and use the calendar for team-related activities aside from games and mod-approved mini-events, please e-mail the mods first before putting it there!
◉ Echoes/Game runners: we have a few requests and reminders for you:
- When claiming games, please leave at least two OOC days in between games. We’ve been lax with this in the past, but with the pace of the game increasing, we’re going to be a little stricter in regards to this rule.
- Also, please keep it to two games per week - preferably one during the week, and one during the weekend.
- When you claim a game on the calendar, please use the following format to make it easier for people to know when your game will take place: [game] ECHO NAME, time start, timezone. If your game has a mingle, please use that as the start time! If you’re claiming a game ahead of time and are unsure as to when you plan to start the game, that’s fine - just remember to go back and edit it once you decide.
- Please remember to update the win records doc after your games!
- And finally, we’d like to request that, should you choose to allow winners to pick their own memories, that you also offer to choose memories for players who request it! We’ve had a few people mention that they miss the RNG aspect of winning.
◉ We’d like to ask that if you have a question, that you e-mail the mods rather than asking on plurk or other social media, especially the mod plurk. We will no longer be answering questions there.
